Don’t Miss Out! Join us at Blue Star Farm for an unforgettable day of transformation and deep connection, surrounded by a thousand acres of serene woods, meadows and a working Hemp and vegetable farm in Madison, CT.
The event features a day of reconnection to our Hearts and the Natural World through a Holistic healing of mind, body and soul. From Sound Healings using the Didgeridoo and Gongs to Gourmet Wood fired Pizzas and presentations by Farm Owner, Chef and Sound Healer Pete Onofrio, Licensed Therapist Andy Pollak and Herbalist and Wilderness Instructor Kevin Tincher we will provide an intimate space to rediscover connections and community while providing a path toward a “shelter from the storm” during these turbulent times.

Tuning to the heart's song
The perfect mixture of ancient indigenous wisdom and evidence based science, this interactive experiential workshop explores the wisdom and the intelligence of the heart. Participants will be taken on a journey inward learning techniques to create a state of "coherence " bringing their physical mental and emotional systems into balanced alignment with their hearts intuitive wisdom, awakening the mental emotional and spiritual capacities that frequently lie dormant.
Andrew Pollak is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and certified Hypnotherapist. Additionally, Andrew has a 2 year certification in Core energeticics, and specializes in Healing trauma using E.M.D.R,.
Kevin Tincher will guide us toward deeper connections to the natural world using Re-Earthing and Deep Awareness techniques passed down from an indigenous lineage.
Pete Onofrio will give a discussion on the healing benefits of CBD and demonstrate Sound Healing techniques using the ancient Aboriginal instrument of the Didgeridoo.
We will end the Journey with a Cacao sipping session and deep discussion on the day's topics followed by a sound healing farewell as we separate our minds and hearts from the inspirational event.

9:30 a.m.–Arrive at the Farm
10:00 a.m.–Opening Circle with Offerings to the Four Directions and Earth (Pagmentos)
10:30-11:45 a.m.-Presentation–Tuning into the Heart’s Song by Andy Pollack.
11:45–noon–Presentation on the healing properties of CBD by Pete Onofrio.
Noon to 1 p.m.–Lunch–Wood fired pizzas, salad and Smoothies.
1:00–2:15 p.m.–Presentation–Re Earthing and Deep Awareness techniques and exercises by Kevin Tincher.
2:30–3:30 p.m.–Music by Pete Onofrio and John Boiano
3:30–4:15 p.m.–Closing Circle/Cacao Sipping
4:14–4:30 p.m.–Sound Healing Goodbye
